Catalina Chicken Stir-Fry

3/4 cup catallina french dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lb boneless chicken breasts cubed
1 16 oz packaged frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Heat the dressing, soy sauce and garlic powder in a large skillet.
Stir in the chicken and cook completely, about 8 mintues.
Add the vegetables. Cook and stir until heated.
Serve over rice.
